  • In the legal issues, I am require to assess and review each business contract meet IBM International Standard. I need to work closely with legal team to ensure the term and condition of business contract will protect IBM interest.
  • Responsible to verify the approved documents checklist and create web-based data processing information and management through IBM SAP application such as WTAAS, APCIS, CFTS and CHIS.
  • Assist Financial Analyst to prepare the financial budget, financial proforma and project financial planning to determine the financial capability to funding the project.
  • Take initiative to develop and organize the business tracking worksheet to monitor the projects.
  • Achievement: Involve in preparing business contract between IBM and Kalbe Farma Indonesia. Total Contract Value (TCV) is worth US$178 millions for 10 years outsourcing Kalbe Farma’s IT department. This business proposal has taken almost 3 months to complete, which personally lead by IBM ASEAN Chief Financial Officer (ASEAN CFO).
